A
"real estate reality" show filmed in Canada, HGTV's "Buy
Me" has become so popular in the US that
in 2006 three US cities were chosen - Denver, Chicago and Raleigh - in
which to film 9 new episodes.
In the spring of 2007 I was chosen to work on two.
The first episode - "5305 Fiddlewood Court", filmed in NW Raleigh,
aired on Nov. 26th, 2007.
It will be re-broadcast on Monday, May 5th, 2008 at 10:30 PM on HGTV

It took quite awhile for all the cameras to set up.
The director watched carefully as the listing
segment was finally filmed.

The onsite producer (sent from Montreal to live in Raleigh
for a year) and me standing outside the Cattail house.
We were preparing to film the placing of the "Buy Me" sign outside
the home.
After
three takes of me putting in the "Buy
Me" sign,
it was replaced with the
real Fonville Morisey sign.
The assistant director, a cameraman and a soundman
then filmed me taking pictures for the MLS.

An HD camera "in your face".
They followed me from room to room as I snapped away.

Three of the crew then came to my office
to film me working on the MLS.
An offer came in at night, so some crew members
rushed over to my
home office to film my reaction live.

We set back up at Leslie's house to discuss two
offers.
